Kang Chen, PH.D
Areas of Interest: Dr. Chen's interests are broadly in mobile and computer networks, with current emphasis on software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV), connected vehicle networks and applications, and mobile opportunistic networking and computing.
